Hello, this is my first 1:15 RC model.
Construction started 2 year ago, with crane in pedestal configuration...actually I'm building hoist 1-2, boom hoist and 62 pulleys.
As soon as I finished the upper body I will realize the crawlers.
I think that it can manage about 200kg.
Here are some pictures:

Hi Antonio,

Great work :)
I hope, that you have discovered the Terex Demag spareparts catalogue, which shows many of the parts you need in all details (often in plan- and side-view - great to use in a CAD software).
If not, you find the catalogue here: http://spareparts.terex-demag.com/tpss/jsp/index.jsp?target=etk&language=en
First you have to look at the machine record, which you will find in the section "CC Cranes" -> "62 - CC 2800". The machine record is basically a list, which tells all the parts used in the crane. There you'll find the sparepart drawing number, and you will find the drawing in the section "Drawings" (at the top of the page).

cu,
robert

Thank you Robert, I've discovered this service by Demag.
I started my project taking measurements from the real machine and then I have integrated my documentation with Demag spare parts PDF, so I can finish the crane in detail.
Now I'm finishing winches 1-2-3 and I have to realize two long boom sections and all pennant lines because in november I have a meeting in Venturina (Italy). I hope I can also paint turret and boom after detailing. After those works I'll realize counterweights and install RC parts and then, finally, I can start to realize the crawlers.

In this days I did some tests: it can lift 50kg using hook with 5 pulleys, only winch 1 and me in counterweight function...I think that winch can manage near 60-70kg using 7 pulleys, so by using winch 1 and 2 together with complete hook (14 pulleys) it can lift 120-140kg (I hope).

Best regards from Italy

Hi Antonio!
Your crane is some great work! It looks so huge compared to the other models. For me its unbelievable that this crane will be able to lift more than 100 kilos:mama
Keep up the great work and good luck with finishing it!:ok

Whooooohoooo - great work! I´ve never seen such a big scale-crane before. Great job, well done! Do you paint it in yellow? Nice Greetings!
